I an having a fungal infection on the tip of my penius which then started going inside my urinary track now I get a burning sensation while peeing what should I do and whome to consult ??

Hello doc I have had eczema..very infrequent. I had in my school time or teens(more then) and after that only this year(less comparatively)...for which I apply ointment when it occurs.. Apart from this, allergic to penicillin. My question is which vaccine is appropriate for me... Covaxin or covishield? As they say to decide based on your allergic reactions and preexisting conditions. Pls advise urgently.

I have acne issues on my skin plus I have excessive hairfall since my acne started. I don't have pcod. I have been treating my acne but there seems to be no root cause that my doctor can catch. Everything is normal. I have never shown my hair fall problem to anyone. I'm clueless as to what should I do now. Acne is not stopping and there still is hairfall. It is not in my family. Can you please suggest the next steps I should follow to get rid of this?
