I have these kind of 4-5 red dots on my lower part of leg. Is it something serious or is it normal rash

It appears to b a allergic contact dermatitis. It is typically characterised by itching and reddness. Medication will b required to get it under control else there r chances for it to spread over. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression of the lesions.
