Red dots on penis head
Red dots on penis head appear after masturbation or sex. It becomes painful to retract the foreskin (becomes sore around frenulum). The red dots vanishes after 4-5 days of no physical activity (sex or masturbation). I visited a dermatologist and he gave me an anti fungal cream, but it has not solved the problem (even after a month). Please advise what this is and how it could be treated. Hiv is negative.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis.
