Dry Penis Head

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I dry masturbated a lot in my teen years. Many times I used SOAP as lubricant as it was only available in the bathroom. Due to that , my penis head has gone extremely dry. ( No history of Intercourse ) I have to apply coconut oil / Vaseline thrice or it gets dry . (Also I Have to wait to start peeing).What can I do to completely eradicate the problem?
