Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a pimple like growth on my right knee for past 3 years. It's neither growing nor dissolving. Pains a lot during winters or when it comes in contact with anything. Please find the pic attached.

Suffering from chronic urticaria for about 2 years. Triggers when exposed to heat frequently and sometimes normally. Symptoms include itchy scalp and hives. Have tried allopathy and ayurveda, but couldn't cure it. I've limited to eat food which doesn't trigger histamine or release them that leaves very few options. Could not identify the problem yet and I'm unable to follow normal diet for about 6 months now. Have taken few tests as suggested (blood, lft, rft,  thyroid, ana tests) and all turned negative. I have an itchy scalp and dry and frizzy hair .I have tried few shampoos for it . But the problem is the shampoos which solves my dandruff issue makes my hair more frizzy and the ones which improve the texture are not able to solve my dandruff problem . So I want to ask is there any shampoo available in India which can solve the dandruff issue and improve the texture simultaneously and can be used on a regular basis and is safe ?Pls guide me

I rolled dermaroller by mistake on whole neck area and on elbows and now they became very deep and black like hyperpigmentation which looks very awkward... What should I do???

Dark black pimple on face. Some Pimples recovered but mark is there. Please suggest. My skin is oily so using simple oil control face wash. I am also diabetic.
