Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had a good texture of hair but I guess after recovering from covid(3 months back )the texture of hair has been degraded and loosing more strands of hair than normal. Please advise what needs to be done

I suddenly got cystic acne due to humid weather and skin being more oily I am doing everything to reduce the inflammation (clean diet,drinking lot of water etc) My dermatologist added sebium global to my routine but I still got another breakout on my check Can I use benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment for a few days till the pimple goes away Or apply tretinoin cream (which one is better) I am concerned if I stop it once the pimple goes away I might have some consequence My periods are coming and I don't want more flare up I am also very stressed and anxious lately which is causing my skin to react more badly

Hi I'm a 25 years old female and I'm having major hair-loss these days. I'm currently taking some antibiotics and pain killers for a Fractured foot. I'm currently using Kesh King hair-oil and, Loreal 6 oil nourish shampoo and conditioner. I want to know why is this happening, because medication or the monsoon weather or there could be some other reason. My CBC Report has come out to be normal. I have acne prone oily n sensitive skin. There are also lots of blackhead and white heads. Along with scars. I did tested the pea sized amount of tretinoin 0.025% cream on my face during night. And it didn't caused me any reaction. I just want to know about that if I am using Sebamed Cleansing Foam. So is it safe to use tretinoin after that?
