Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've pimples which are hard and have been a while just below the eyes. Attached is the images any suggestions?

Would like to know about melanocyte transplantation. What would be the cost of treatment for a quite   small patch of 3cm dia? What would be the expected time of cure ? Will there be any drawsbacks or side effects Does it need continous medication and diet restriction?

Hi doctor/s, I've had a session of laser(nd yag) treatment on May 24th and it's close to 2 months now and I still see that the skin has not grown back. My skin looks patchy in the areas the spots were removed with laser. My next follow up session is in August, can anyone suggest if there needs special treatment for the skin to grow back or will it stay like this forever? If it needs any other treatment, please suggest.

I have oily skin type my skin texture is bumpy I have this acne problem bt it's mild...acne scars and uneven texture of skin is bothering me so much. I have been using episoft AC moisturiser from 3yrs I ws using himalayas face wash before bt it's been a week now m using neutrogena facewash fr oily skin ...also I use ekransoft sunscreen and aloevera gel in night routine.

I underwent High tibial osteotomy for my bow legs in the month of March this year. But the site where cut was made healed comletely a hypertropic scar has developed. I get pain when that part touches somewhere.  Will it reduce or flatter  on its own over the period of time ? I have to undergo another surgery for the implant removal  after 2 years hence again an incision will be made on the same spot . Will it flatten over time . Please prescribe any home remedies if any . I have attached pictures below .

I am having firstly redness in both arms upper joints, then after a few days it becomes dry patches and then the skin becomes normal. What to do now?. Any serious disease?.

Recently I posted darjeeling form Asansol .. For temperature changed nd now as a result I'm facing too much hair falling problem (50 hairs per day) . Sir, i have been using tretnoin 0.1 gel and acnesol from past 2weeks. Firstly all my acne was gone and skin was getting better but now i can notice some breakouts on my forehead Is it normal that acne will come and go for few weeks? And how long will tretnoin gel take to work?
