I'm having postpartum hairfall and now my forehead I getting broad day by day. And I also have skin pores for which I need solution.. please help

I probably have clogged pores, which is causing rough looking skin. I have oily skin. Melasma and post acne hyper pigmentation problem.

I've been loosing lot of hair post Covid. Because of that I have approached few clinics everyone is suggesting PRP only which is an temporary solution. But, when I research in google everyone is saying the condition is irreversible and it's not permanent problem Please suggest me in which way I should get rid of this problem. I've been using Follihair Multivitamin tablets as well as Keraglo Men.. Do I need to use Minoxidil. ??
