Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been using qilib lotion for hairfall for last 3 weeks and experiencing severe hairfall after taking this lotion...is it good to continue this medicine ?

I underwent a laparoscopy surgery for fertility on 4th July , it went find and everything was normal. I also got my rubella vaccine last month. Recently I experienced my left cheek swelled (below my ear) with pain and the swelling increased in 2-3 days. I went to a general physician and she prescribed me pain killer and antibiotic.the swelling went away and even the pain. But still there is a little pain in that area when I press it. Though I cannot feel any lump or anything like that. Again this week same thing is happening in my right cheek same area as happened in left. What this could be? Any after affects of surgery or due to rubella vaccine. Can it be due to stress as I am undergoing some issues these days. Attached medicines that u took for treatment of left cheek swelling. That doctor told me it happens in monsoon and is some kind of infection. But I am scared why it's happening again. The swelling has started form yesterday so it is not that much yet. Pain: yes Please advise

I went for xanthalasma treatment/removal but due to dusky complexion, the scar is visible and looks bad. Is there a treatment for correcting discoloration or any ointment? My dermatologist isnt suggesting anything. Said it will remain this way or a cosmetic surgeon can correct, but what exactly I dnt know.

In my report syphilis is reactive with 1:4 titre. Where I'll have to take pencillin injection? Doctor in clinic said it's rare in availability. What to do now? Where I'll get it. I'm from Bangalore. Please advise me
