Hi , I was given klmc tablet by dermatologist but I forgot to ask at wat time it should be taken.. should I take before food or after food or right after the food?

From 10 years I had very little dark spots on face  due to scratch on my face but now its size is increasing what should I do if jubare  cream will be fine for applying on that area please recommend some cream Pic is attached

After opening Tretinoin 0.25 what is the, self life of the gel? Can i wash my face with benzol peroxide facewash before applying Tretinoin gel?

Good morning Doctor, Suddenly since morning a black patches developed in the palm of my hand and it's paining badly. Kindly guide me. Image of my plam is attached.

Red spots in foot ,2-3 white dots and slightly occurs, previously used Nf-6 ointment. And this condition occurred since 1year.

I am having patches on head as in pic attached from 2-3 months, didn't pay attention till now, I use head and shoulder shampoo frequently or dettol or pears soap generally, I take bath daily. There is some itchiness on it soon.

Hello Doctor! My name is Smriti and I recently delivered a baby girl on 19th June 2021. Since 20th July I have been getting postpartum hives all over my arms, feet, legs and tummy. Recently changed to lukewarm bathe, cold compress and been applying coconut oil as well. No improvement! It worsens at night and been uncontrolled itching. Request for safe prescriptions as I am exclusively breastfeeding.

Can hyperpigmentation on forearm and upper back be cleaned by sunscreen?Or any additional creams are needed to make it normal skin?
