My son who is 7 years old is having some infection on 1 finger from past few days. I request to help and suggest what is it and what should I do? Any cream that I can apply on it ?can I apply cream Dermi-zio 5 on it? Attaching the image of his finger. Thanks in advance.

Sorry the picture gets blurred on zooming so unable to see the edges. But please DO NOT use dermi-zio 5 for anything.. it is a mixture of many molecules. A potent steroid is  one of the ingredient in it which when applied for a longer duration is very harmful not only on the area applied but for the body also.
