Itching and infection in leg and finger
I am having itching and infection in leg and finger area . I have been having this for a long time in the legs but it started recently in the fingers. There is a lot of uncomfortable itching in the area but the itching suddenly stops and then returns again. I also have allergy issues and I consume Fexofenadine tablets for it. I have attached pictures of the area so please check and tell me what it is, what it is caused by and how to get rid of it Does it look like a serious issue?

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.
