Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, In my family my father has same hair pattern, so I think because of genetic, my hair have same head corners. I want more hair growth in head corners. Can I get that using normal medical procedure or aayurvedic treatment? Or something else. My Hair condition -thin, silky, low hair fall. Please check attached images. If you can, plz suggest some tips for that.

Hi, I am facing hair fall issue since last 4 to 5 days. It starts all suddenly and I don't really know what to do when ever I come my hair on just wave my hand in the hair many hairs come out. I have been dealing with dandruff in the form of flakes which sticks to the scalp causing itching and dry scalp. And had no idea whether because of dry scalp I'm getting dandruff or due to dandruff I'm getting dryness. And I'm also having severe hair fall reducing the volume of hair. I have consulted a dermatologist who suggested me to use a shampoo ( Ketoconazole shampoo keraglo - AD ANTI DANDRUFF SHAMPOO ) along with a serum ( MINTOP eva minoxidi topical solution USP 5.0% w/v ) but I didn't find any change in my condition. Is there any alternative to get ride of all the conditions i.e. dandruff, dryness and hair fall? Or using customized products like vedix works fine? Help me with a solution please. I have an acne on the cheek, it does not have any pus. Otherwise my face is acne free. But this acne has been on my face past a week now. It's bothering me a lot now. I have been using niaciamide 10% serum in the morning along with a 1.5% salicylic acid toner and moisturiser. Is it possible to use 0.025% tretin cream in the evening for an hour on the pimple and then wash it. While using salicylic acid 1.5% toner in the morning and at night ? If not at night then should I use niaciamide 10% serum twice a day along with tretin ? I need this pimple to subside. It's a small red bump.
