Acne is Hormonal associated problem. Change of environment can also aggravate it if the climate is humid. Ur face is feeling tight coz the creams and face wash u r applying are making it dry and not suiting u. Effective medication is available for the same. Treatment will depend on the skin type and the presentation of acne. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
