Need suggestions for best face Mousitiriser and sun screen lotion.. As my skin is too dry and sensitive.. Having pores as well. Pls help

I always had an oily skin but I've noticed that recently my skin has started to produce lots of oil, way more than it used to. Due to which my pores have started to open, and i have started having alot of painful acne. How can i control my oil? And what can I do to shrink pores, if not shrink then to stop them from growing larger.

I am suffering acne problem in many years. I didn't not used any kind of cream and medicine.plz suggest me any face wash or cream.

For last 3 months I am feeling twitching lips. I don't really know what it is called but sometimes my I feel movement/vibration on the lower lip. When I looked closely I saw dark spots were appearing on my lips mostly on lower lips. Other things- 1. Dry lips and lips are not smooth anymore as I have little bit of crust on the lower lips. 2. Lower lip feels tight. 3. Movement/Vibration/Twitching on lower lip. 4. Dark brown/black patches little lifted skin. 5. Late period last two times.

My mother have been facing allergy in summer. Bubble under arms during summer. It gets automatically recover if the weather temprature changes.
