Having severe itching and rashes in private parts for last one week. What cream or ointment to apply .

Just before an hour I've got some sudden appearance on my buttocks..... It's very hard, burning and red swelling with no proper shape .... I don't know if its anything I should be scared off but I'm feeling really uncomfortable and I'm not able to describe it... I've had fungal infection in past but it doesn't look like it

I have pimples and acne in my face , i have consulted with doctor ,he adviced me to use mandisa facewash , hydravo moisturiser and adaplene gel 0.1% for blackheads , but after that I get more small red acnes, now I do not use adaplene but no result ,can madisa facewash also can be the cause of this? What I should do get rid of acne and pimples.
