Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Ingredient rating websites like EWG and many others rate granactive retinoid and retinol as rating 9 which means highly toxic. It says that it causes a moderate risk of cancer and very high risk of developmental and reproductive toxicity. If that is the case why do companies sell 2% granactive retinoid emulsions or retinol serums for anti aging. Girls and boys aged 20+ have started using that due to anti aging concerns for future. Please help me understand the rationale behind its use considering its harmful effects. I myself am using a 2% granactive retinoid emulsion and feel scared now.

Mostly during summer time and also when i feel hot from inside I noticed that my forehead area and some of the face area get wart type things all over and also in my left hand I am noticing this type of thing since 2-3 years. Hi, I have been suffering from severe hair fall post covid ans it's been 3 months already. My hair density has been reducing and I have been losing a lot of hair lately. I had to travel a lot many places like Odisha ,then UP then West Bengal then Delhi. Also I got lice once not sure how. I think my hair is really losing fast and I am not sure how to stop this.
