Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing a lot of hair fall.. I don't have thyroid or pcod and no other scalp issue.. I just wanted to ask whether i can have power gummies to strengthen my hair and stop hairfall..does it have any side effects

I have got few white patches on both my shoulders since long time. Kindly advise medications for it.

Doctor, I've been dealing with these tiny white spots on my skin. They're neither itchy not even raised. They are present in huge amount near neck, arms and legs. Even though they are not remarkably visible but still it bothers me. I usually have  moderate  sun exposure. Have applied lemon, baking soda etc. but still persists. Any suggestions?

I have urticaria since childhood but, lately it has turned worst. Even with plain water my facial skin turn hot itchy with red blotches across face and neck. My doc only recommended calora lotion and nothing else. But, it's not helping skin is turning dry with CCs bumps and continuous itching.
