Nose piercing bump

Nose piercing bump

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Had gold piercing 3months ago, but it started swelling, so i removed the ring within a month, now it doesn't hurt but the swelling wont go away. No pain or irritation as such around it but the bump doesn't shrink. Looks like bright red pimple on nose. But the skin is soft if touched. I need the bump to flatten.
