I have a bump on my piercing, releasing puss and blood sometime. How to cure, right now I'm using saline to clean it and t bact over it. Please suggest some medicine or some better ointment to heal it quickly and shrink the size of the bump.

The correct antibiotic needs to be taken and for that, you will do well to go to a lab 🧪🧫 and get the pus tested for Antibiotic sensitivity to see which will suit you the best depending on the MIC values on the report. Connect having done this test.
Don't worry it can be sorted.
Health Tips
In the interim, Brufen 400 twice daily post meals will help with the swelling (assuming you don't have any renal issues or diabetes that are contraindications to NSAID use); best to get a prescription.
