Its been more than 3 months since I got infected with covid but my hairfall dosent seem to stop. Can I take any tablets like Keraglo?

I am having severe hair loss, losing around 200-300 strands everyday. I had covid in mid april this year.. online it says telogen effluvium. What to do for this?

Hello, I been having acid reflux since january and its been causing me all sorts of diseases. lately from a month my skin is being really itchy. Its extremely itchy on my anus and scrotum in early morning and i wake up from it every day. Also when i scratch my skin it leaves hives for an hour or so and its like multiple lines of hives on how i scratched the surface of my skin. Looking for a capable dermatologist who can treat me.
