Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had acne during my teens it was worse n I consulted doctor who prescribed me zyclin clindamycin and adaplin ( adapelene) gel it really worked so I stopped using it but got acne again n now I have more n more scars on my face .can i use the same gel again or should i consult doctor  to treat my acne scars...is there any other gel or creame that will be helpful to reduce my acne scars

There are millions of products in the market and I'm really confused. My skin is oily. My skin feels heavy when I apply moisturizer or sunscreen. Can somebody recommend products that doesn't make my face greasy.

There is pimple like rashes on my hand area, which also feels like scatching if you rub them. It has been there for two three weeks now, it use to come and go earlier.

Please suggest good skin lightening Day Cream with no side effects. I have mild sensitive oily skin. I use 0.025% of tretinoin at alternate nights and it's suiting me. I also use proper routine of cleansing... moisturizing and applying sun screen of PA + n spf more then 30. Want to add a day cream for skin brightening and spots lightening. A good with kojic acid...or glycolic acid for daily use in day time

Hi im 19yr old n i am suffering from extreme hairfall rn .. a doctor from practo prescribed keraboost tablet for 3 months ...its been 70 days i am taking that tablet but i still don't see any effect of that medicine ..more than hundreds of  my hairs fall down every day... tried so many home remedies too but still don't see any effect ..my hairs have become thin , dull n rough .....its been 4 months im facing this issue of extreme hairfall....now i fear to comb my hairs ...what should i do now? Please suggest something..

Dear mam/sir I have been suffering with some skin problem with is causing my neck colour to black it's not an ordinary issue it is like patches and spread from neck through  top to back those are black spots and here is the picture please help me out with these problem

I have had constant irritation and itching in the genital area for past 6 months without any visible rash or wound. The skin is clear. I've been taking antihistamines and applying moisturizers/lotions/creams as advised by the doctors but there hasn't been a single day when it hasn't itched. 1. Is it neurodermatitis even when there is no rash? 2. Is there any alternative to prevent itch since the antihistamines do not work?

I stay at home all the time, use fash wash to avoid oil from my skin and be fresh but still I get pimples on my face. How can I avoid it ?
