Whenever she poops she gets itchiness and pain just at anus opening (1 cm in). A month ago, a small drop of blood was also seen during pooping accompanied by pain. After having warm milk at night and Luke warm water at morning before toilet, she does not complain of such type of symptoms. Also she is using dermikem OC plus at that place. What could be the problem ?
