Hi , i have some Red dots near left side hips the area becomes itchy its patch of red dots on the skin.

Hey.
Red dots at any area on the body and itching could be due to dryness, some infection, some allergic reaction or due to some blood coagulation defect.
There could be many reasons.
Next Steps
Please tell the duration of symptoms, family history, is there scaling on lesions, is there some history of allergy to dust or recurrent sneezing or cough cold, and if possible to send pictures or consult, to have a proper diagnosis.
