I am taking zempred 16mg for eczema atopic dermatitis. But am due for my Covid vaccine 1st dose in next 3 days . Can i stop the tablets for 3 days before vaccine and continue ?? When can i start the tablets again ?? After vaccine

Dear sir Age 26 since 6 months observed hair fall lot with gaps on head . Day by day hair getting loss even after hairfalls not growing hair am feeling . I had some sun burns on my hands as I used to go out most of the times and whenever my hands are exposed to skin specially my hands they will get that sunburns later it will itch a lot then after some days it will stop itching and only a white patch will be left

I had this on my left leg since like 5 years at least it never heals it develop a flakky dead sin if i scratch it hard no blood cam out though but it still it hurt on touching like an normal sore would do on touching it and again after some day it heal on itself and stay the same i have this kind of thing at three places on body all three are different in texture, size, etc but have common thing they dont heal stay like a mole, is this cancer, should i have biopsy done, please help.
