Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Post covid infection in April this year I recovered by Mid-May, however from 12-June onwards I am having extensive hair fall and insomnia. Is this due to covid? I am not taking any multivitamins now. Please can you suggest which medicines can help me overcome this health issue of extensive hair fall and insomnia? Also are there any multivitamins that needs to be taken for full recovery post covid, pls advice.

I m suffering from serberoic dermititis and also hair fall.. i hav been havin tab atarax 10 mg n using beclocid lotion evry day and its been since a month, n also keraglo-Ad shampoo evry after 5 days.. i felt releif for sm days bt now again it has started itching ..

Hi...Suddenly from 3 weeks i started excess hair fall.. I changed nothing in my routine except sleep... earlier i used to sleep at 11.30 and wake up at 7.30... Now i sleep at 11.30 and wakeup at 6.00... Is this this the reason for hairfall??? If yes... Please suggest solution...
