Under eye pigmentation could be due to increased pigmentation, increased veins, or hollowness under the eyes.
Each cause is treated separately.
So first the cause should be assessed.
For pigmentation and veins, topical medications, peels or laser toning would work.
For hollowness, you would require fillers.
