How to clear black spot under eye kindly suggest me and I am using a gel but it is not curable so kindly suggest

Under eye pigmentation could be due to increased pigmentation, increased veins, or hollowness under the eyes.
Each cause is treated separately.
So first the cause should be assessed.
For pigmentation and veins, topical medications, peels or laser toning would work.
For hollowness, you would require fillers.

Dark circles around the eyes could be due to stress genetic factors. Do take a proper consultation to treat the same.

Under eye dark circles may be due to less sleep, stress, more screen time or low haemoglobin also. So right history and examination will decide management.
