I have observed redness on my cheeks few months back. It was never had happened before. I think it is because of some facial pack or may be due to excessive heat in winters as I used room heater. I exactly don't know the reason. What should I do?

Hi dr. I have made fermented rice water for my face . I have fermented it for 12 hours approx and then boil it for 10 min.After cooling, i put it in spray bottle for my use.
