Hii I am 30 years old.i gained 10 kgs in last one year..I am developing strech Mark's on inner tights..is this due to the weight gain or I am applying steroid cream for lichen planus is this the side effect of cream..plz suggest me few good medicine to get rid of strech Mark's as well as the Mark's caused by lichen planus..

I have scarring acne on my face for 3-4 years now. Is there any diet which I should follow to fight against or prevent acne coming on my face Should I take any medicines as of now ?
