Hi, What is the reason for hairfall in moustache area? In one area the hairs got completely fallen. Is there any ointment available to apply to get the hairs back kn the moustache?

Dear sir / mam, My wife 28/F is has delivered baby on June 2021. (4 months back) from past 1-2 month she is having a tremendous hairfall. Hairs are falling in huge chunks.
