My father is having some skin issues like rashes and it's spreading. He tried oinnement but there is no use of it. I have attached the picture of it.

It's Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

This is fungal infection in active stage. Is he diabetic ? He may need a complete course of appropriate antifungal tablets as well as cream. Discuss in detail so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly.
