Hi , I am facing some skin problems. My face tone and neck is getting darker day by day. It shows deep tanning and dead cells. Tried scrubber and many kinds of face wash but no progress. I am suspecting it could be some internal issues within my body , may be blood related or something else. My skin complexion is getting dull , only in face and neck region. Can you please suggest something? Also I've shared the pics of some allergy in my hands. It inches often.
