I found some rashes at my back side ...some times it's itching what is this and how can cure this please refer any general ointments for this

Please find attached image Why it's happening with my foot? It's around 7-8 months now and it's getting worse. Sometimes it happens in left foot and sometimes in right foot. Earlier it used to happen in my hand fingers. I'm not sure what should I do now.

I have multiple lipomas on my left hand where new lipoma of 1/2 inch is coming on my hand while I am getting numbness on my hand for 10 seconds and it is going frequently when I touch that lipoma then also i am getting numbness I am having this problem since 3 weeks as my bp  levels are normal   as 140/80 and i am not dabetic should I take it serious ,worried about this problem.

Photos are attached.. sometimes blood comes out of them...and sometimes wet pus like small water drops..from past 2 months..only on nose...

There is allergy & pain on upper thighs plus a skin tag which is painful. Even after applying coconut oil & powder on a daily basis and bathing thrice a day it is not improving much since 2-3 months.

I'm experiencing that a white layer of dandruff is being formed on scalp and I also feel like my hair is thinning especially when I touch my hair on the center. Am I going towards baldness, I'm worried. Anyone please guide me what should I do further.

I am having round itchy rashes on my right elbow region and arm and back of neck I am allergic to sun exposure also and have hypersensitive skin. It's being two months and some time it get aggravated son times normal but doesn't get normal as before .

They don't hurt or itch. Doesn't go away even after scrubbing. They make the skin feel bumpy and rough. The hair follicles are blocked in the area.
