Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I just got my nose pierced 4 weeks back. A bump has come inside the nose and now if I try putting a nose pin it is hurting and bleeding . Pls help

I got married recently and due to water change at both places I started to get acne which is making me uncomfortable and size of acne also got increased

I have open pores and acne . I have some little bumps on my skin. Whenever i apply anything on my face it becomes oily. Please recommend me any facewash and moisturizer.

Hi I have had waxing done a week back and now having irritation/itching and pain in the area as there are these hairs growing and trapped and I have got acne/pimple there. Feels uneven, painful and always leaves dark spots. I have earlier used creams and shaved also. This happens most of the time. I don't want laser treatment pls suggest any product/medication or other treatment/process for this.

There is heavy hair fall in daily routine at the time of hair wash and applying comb.could you please advise or suggest medication because hair growth is now thin.and I have light headache most of the time and eyes power is decreasing nd number is increasing.

My mother has carpal tunnel syndrome, along with arthritis problem, for that she is taking wysolone 5mg daily, but now she always have ring worm like infections whole body, i know that steroid increase risk of infection more but if she doesn't have that wysolone one day she can't able to do anything and feel extreme pain, i have tried fluconazole, itrconazole, every cream like luliconazole almost everything but nothing works pls tell me what to do. My toe little finger has extreme swelling and redness around and behind toe nail since yesterday..i had walked barefoot on ground for 2-3 mins yesterday and it started after that..it is itching and paining a lot

Since 2 month it is same. What are those??? If there any remedy let mee know. Please let know what to do.

Suffering from multiple small lipomas on both hands from last 2-3 yearsAlso some on stomach and chest.1-2 lipoma are painful when pressed hardly.Also new lipomas are arriving and some old lipomas growing bigger. All Doctors said surgery is only option.But there are many lipomas and surgery also leaves scar. So what is the best and safe treatment for this and is there any medication which stops formation of new lipoma.

I have white spot on skin after delivery it became permanent .no pain or itching.also I am facing hairfall after chemo completion and white hair at age of 35 /f .these white spot are from childhood but the appear only on change of season but 1.5 yr ago after delivery it became permanent in nature.they don't create any problems but visible.
