What are those red spots
In my thigh I suddenly noticed these red colour spots with itching for some time and goes away after straching.
Is this need to be treated or goes away on its own???

This seems to be papular urticaria ( mosquito bite allergy) as per your history and pics
Need to rule out scabies
If it persists or itching causes a problem then get it treated
or else it will subside

Seems to be some insect bites but some times it can be scabies too
Probably u need treatment
