Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It's a weird thing I noticed , the skin around nail is wrinkled and different . Why ??? And is it bcz of too much sanitizer ? Or something else ??

I had skin colored bump in underarm from 2 years recently got a boil there it burst after sometime blood and puss came out now after a week again blood and puss it comming out what should i do is it something serious kindly help

I have tanned hands. There are also some really tine white spots on hands and on arms the skin is very little blackish. I have this from 5-6 years, I used to play alot in childhood. I did syphilis test 2months back. The level of tpha was 1:320 and RPR was 1:2. Doctor advised me to take doxycycline 100 mg for 21 days twice a day. Then after treatment I repeated test the result was TPHA 1:640 and RPR was 1:2. Then they gave pencillin injection 2.4 m/u and asked to repeat the test after 2 weeks. I did test and the result showed TPHA 1:640 again and RPR 1:4 and I did test in another lab their the level of TPHA is 1:2560. I'm very scared please help me.

Hi Doctor, I was fair few months/years back and now the face complexion is turning wheat colour and looks dull most of the times. I am using Pears soap regularly. Kindly advise which soap I need to use for becoming fair. I have oily skin and some time even I do face wash, my family members tell that they do not see any difference before and after face wash. Its been few months since i m experiencing rashes around both sides of the lips not on the angles joining the lips but down that . Peeling of the skin happens sometimes fluid discharge is also there and feels itchy. Consulted few dermatologists, some say this is perioral dermatitis with some suggested angular stomatitis and few other allergic names . Was using elocon cream suggested by one of the doctors way back but with its application relief is for few days after that it again starts . Request a concrete answer as bit confused
