Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was bitten by a tiny leech few weeks ago. It bled for a few minutes and then stopped. Now there is a tiny red bump (picture attached) in the area and it is itchy. What can be done for this? Please advise.

I married 9 moths ago my wife was bit fair than me but after 2-3 months she started to look dark than before specially her fingers hands. She came from rural area where they drink and use hard water i. E.
