Apremilast for psoriasis
Last three days I'm taking apremilast-30mg (twice daily) for plaque psoriasis . After taking this medicine, I'm suffering more joint pain and feeling fatigue, unable to speak strongly, difference in walking . I'm unable to contact the prescribed doctor in my area. Please kindly suggest, is this the normal side effects? What remedies I have to take regarding this medicine. Thanks in advance.

Usually apremilast is responsible for nausea and vomiting But all these symptoms u r facing also might be because of the above medicine Maintenance of good hydration is important Apremilast should be started with low dose and gradually increase the dose Did this happen with u or not?
Next Steps
wait for three four days more or if low dose is not started u can start with one tablet a day then once the body acclimatise then the dose can be increased
