I've had an acute case of psoriasis (sebo mostly) since one year now. Initial treatment didn't work. I've changed three doctors now. I've been on a maintenance dose of Aprezo (Apremilast 30mg) since the past 6 months. The condition has improved a bit, but not much. I am concerned as now the treatment involves shifting to cyclosporin (which the doc told is a bit stronger than Aprezo). The previous 6 months haven't shown much results. Is there any downside to shifting to a stronger drug? Should I get a second opinion? I am concerned if this is going in the right direction now.
Thank you in advance for any advice!
