Need clear pics Do you have White discharge as well ? These seems to be satellite lesion of candidiasis Need clear pics and proper history

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation

Seems to be a fungal infection Take cetirizine tablets twice daily Apply KZ cream once daily But above are only maintenance Cure is in the hands of a dermatologist
