Dry red patch on chest

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have dark small patch on my chest from some months. it itches sometimes and I have applied ring guard cream for two weeks on this but still this skin problem has not gone I have attached a photo of it please look into this. I bath daily but still its not lessening or getting lightin colour, how will it go.

It doesn't seem to b a fungal infection so not responding to ring gaurd Apply a moisturizer and try your luck
