Am having extreme hair loss .really worried.hair is thining and having hair breakage issue. Hair is so dry and rough . Should I directly contact a dermatologist ? I want to check my hormone balance as well as I heard that might cause hairloss as well  ..any suggestions to whom to consult .

I have one general query. What things should I include in my diet to get a natural glow on the skin and reduce acne and dark spots? ( Specially what fruit juices would be beneficial for glowing skin )

I'm 40 year's old lady. Recently I started getting itching on my back and both arms. Took bath in hot water with neem leaves. Applied vaseline cream, tried nycil powder etc.but still my itching not gone completely. I get a slight relief when the above 2 methods are tried out. Please advice whether it is because of fungus or bacteria. Please advice on any cream or soap.

My dermatologist recommended UV Skrin spf 50 sunscreen for me but it's not available in nearby stores or online. Can you please recommend any alternative for this sunscreen. I have oily acne prone skin. Currently using Neutrogena Ultra sheer dry touch spf 50 sunscreen. This is making my skin oily.
