Heavy hair loss/fall
Hello doctor,
Doctor I am having heavy hair fall
According to doctor--
I have Vitcofal injection.
Have also taken Keraboost tablets
Have also taken vitamin D3 capsules,
Have applied hair serum,
yet my hair fall is not stopping, what should I do? Please help me doctor please.

Increase protein intake in diet

Hairfall due to deficiency occurs 3-4 months after initial stressor or trigger. Loss of 100 hairs per day is normal. Anything more than that is considered abnormal. Any treatment for hair including but not limited to oral supplements should be continued for 6-8 months to see the results
Till then you can continue hair massages to increase the blood supply to the existing hair roots.
And healthy nutritious diet including green leafy vegetables.
Avoid hair color and heat to the hair.
