Help! What treatment should I get done?
I had a wart on my side of the chin. I was advised by doctor to use wartnil on it. Now I don't feel the wart there anymore but now the patch turns greyish white after a bath and looks bad on my face as a patch in my beard. have attached a pic for reference. Kindly please suggest me what treatment should I get for this. And thanks in advance.

There is residual lesion there and the best option is to get an electrocautery treatment as soon as possible.
Please avoid shaving/manipulating the area for now
