Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My face looks dull and excessive dry with pores and whiteheads. Also there are few eczema scars on face. My face does not look glowy now.

I am having itching problems on hands from one month.there are small raised bumps on hands which are itchy type.

I have done naval piercing and it shows little puss coming out daily and i use saline soaks daily still it is not improving I have done this piercing second time. Now skin is getting to shrink

I am having skin issues from past 3-4 years ( white pus filled pimples ) . I had visited dermatologist several times . When the 1st time i visited the doctor prescribed me isotretinoin capsules , lip guard and clindamycin gel . I saw a deastical chnge My acne was gone in under a week , their was not a single pimple. i have continued isotretinoin for 3 months , all acne was gone then my doctor stopped the medicine . But unfortunately after 1 month my acne came again and was more worse I don't know what happened I was confused , So i didn't go to the doctor for several months then i decided to go and see another dermatologist . He prescribed me doxycycline 100 mg/ 2 times per day . My acne were improved but when i stopped taking antibiotics they came again . Now i controls them my using a good facewash and by maintaining a balanced diet . But my acne are still their like 3-4 acne daily not more . But my acne heals very quickly on their own within 2-3 days without any mark .

I get white flakes which come out of the scalp with extracting hair with it. White flakes attack on the dense area of scalp and make hairs from that area to fall .

Hello, I am facing lot of hairfall and hair greying.. i use khadi shampoo (kesar and onion). I use streaks serum applied after hair wash. No other hair routine i have.. Can you suggest me how can i cure this?

I was diagnosed Telogen efluvium post covid recovery.. After doctor consultantion taking BTN ultra tablet and using densita hair serum. Past 1 week am facing dandruff problem and itchy scalp. Please provide solution, since am undergoing hairloss( 1 month facing hair shedding problem) so afraid to use any shampoo.
