My grandfather getting some skin allergies like small bubbles..he is unable to walk and stand.. Is there any doctor will come to my home for treatment..

I am a female.Many months ago a got a big lump on my right arm. After some months I squeezed it and there was puss coming from it. After that the area turned black after some time I squeezed it again and something semi solid black thing came out after that this area is like a hole that is black and it hasn't sealed since months.
