Hello, I have recently noticed warts appearing on my scalp. They are small in size any treatment for complete removal of warts? And are they infectious as in chances of spreading are more over the scalp? And does it require immediate remedy ?

I have severe dandruff/dry scalp. Every few days after I shampoo, my scalp starts shedding the flakes and I can feel a layer of dead skin peeling off if I run my fingers through my scalp. Flakes are often yellowish tint and greasy, but it even shows up on shampoo days as dry flakes. I have tried using selun for a few months now and while it was working initially, it isn't proving to be very effective anymore. I'm on a healthy, protein rich diet and maintain good hygiene generally.
