Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Does isotretinoin cause thyroid problems? I'm currently on a 10mg dose and i don't have any problems related to thyroid or liver function but just concerned about them. And also can I know why do doctors suggest a high fat diet while on Accutane?

How does deficiency of vitamin D affect hair fall?! About 2 yrs ago I had some problems in right leg calf, so that time my doctor said it could be because of vitamin D deficiency. Nowadays I can see it's hair fall and clearly can see my sculp too. So can it be Vitamin D deficiency, how to cure it?!

I visited a dermatologist for tinea cruris he gave me a prescription of salicylic acid ointment IP 6% he also gave me abzorb powder with clotrimazole 1% and also a few tablets I've been using this treatment for around three months but I haven't seen any improvement I still feel itching and I itch till it bleeds the register lot of irritation I lost my faith in that dermatologist please tell me what to do thank you.
