Patchy beard with pics
I am 28yrs old. I have patchy beard on both sides. I am not in favour of beard transplant, any other possible options like medicines or treatment. Please let me know

Those areas which are completely bald ( hairless ) . These areas don’t have hairs at all. Induction of growth in these areas is not possible with hair growing lotions. So best option remains - Hair transplant ✅

This could be a condition called alopecia areata...for best solution visit a dermatologist

You will need to change your genetics if you desire a beard full of hair. No hair can grow in areas that don't have any hair follicles.
