My face skin is really. dull comparison two body colour you can see face with my hand .i have this problem last 5 year please suggest me some medicine so that we get rid of blackness problem .i have not use any medicine or tube without dr. consult .once i used kojivit,aziderm ,klim kln ,with doctor consultation but its not effect to get rid of this situation please tell me

Sir, I some 5-6 years back suffered from typhoid and my hair went a great loss during that period . I though haven't gone back the density and thickness I once had in my hair. I had an issue of dandruff but I used the medicated shampoo named " ketomac " which helped me in coping up dandruff. But even after all these years my hair density and thickness has not increased . I have been advised to take biotin supplement but I'm not so sure for the products don't seem safe to me . Neither the tonics suggested by online companies claiming to solvey issue. What should I do.?
